According to the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, the crash occurred at approximately 12:00 a.m. on May 17 along Hull Road near Harding Road, just north of Sumiton. Investigators said Garner was driving a 2015 Kia Optima when, for reasons still under investigation, the vehicle left the roadway, struck a mailbox, and then collided with a tree.
Emergency responders arrived to a severely damaged scene. Despite their efforts, Garner was pronounced dead at the scene due to the injuries she sustained in the crash.
No other vehicles were involved, and authorities say the circumstances leading up to the crash remain under active investigation.
As news of her passing spreads, family, friends, and loved ones are left devastated, struggling to comprehend a loss that came suddenly and without warning. Those who knew Tameron are remembering her as a young woman full of life, deeply loved, and cherished by those around her. Her absence leaves a painful void that words cannot fully express.
