According to authorities, the fatal collision occurred at approximately 5:58 p.m. on May 17 at the intersection of Route 30 and New York Avenue. Investigators said Oswald was traveling westbound on Route 30 when his motorcycle was struck by an eastbound vehicle under circumstances that remain under investigation.
