Remembering the Lives Lost in Tragic Plane Crash: Emmanuel Reynosa Rivas, Angel Dominguez, and Osvaldo Alvarez

Authorities have identified the four people who were killed in a devastating crash on Highway 87/South Gulfway near Sabine Pass, Texas, on Monday.

According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, 28-year-old Cesar Rojas of Baytown was driving the white van involved in the collision. He was pronounced deceased along with three passengers: Emmanuel Reynosa Rivas, 27; Angel Dominguez, 28; and Osvaldo Alvarez, 27.

Officials said multiple additional individuals were injured in the crash, with several transported by Lifeflight helicopters and emergency crews to hospitals across the region, including Memorial Hermann in Houston and Christus St. Elizabeth.

Witnesses described a large and chaotic emergency response as first responders worked urgently to assist survivors, treat the injured, and secure the scene following the deadly collision.

The circumstances surrounding the crash remain under active investigation by authorities.

As the community begins to process the loss, prayers and condolences are being extended to the families, loved ones, and all those affected by this heartbreaking tragedy.
