The Anderson community is mourning the tragic and heartbreaking loss of 28-year-old Noah Alberts, who died in a motorcycle crash on the night of May 25, 2026, in Madison County, Indiana.
According to Indiana State Police, the crash occurred at approximately 10:00 p.m. at the intersection of State Road 37 and State Road 128, south of Elwood. Preliminary investigation revealed that Noah was operating a 2006 Suzuki C50 motorcycle traveling eastbound on State Road 128 when, for reasons still under investigation, the motorcycle failed to stop at a stop sign and collided with a northbound 2015 GMC Sierra.
Emergency responders from multiple agencies rushed to the scene, but despite their efforts, Noah was pronounced deceased at the scene by the Madison County Coroner’s Office. Authorities also confirmed that he was not wearing a helmet at the time of the crash.
