Police in Victoria are appealing to the public for assistance in locating 24-year-old Evan Sinclair of Belgrave, who has been missing since August 1. Concerns are growing for his welfare as investigators continue efforts to determine his whereabouts and bring him home safely.
According to police, Evan was last seen travelling through Bairnsdale at approximately 3:30 a.m. on August 1. Investigators have identified his vehicle, a distinctive bright yellow 2010 Holden Commodore sedan with black rims, travelling east along the Princes Highway during the early hours of Saturday morning.
The unique appearance of Evan’s vehicle is considered an important part of the investigation. Authorities believe the car may help members of the public identify Evan’s movements and provide valuable information that could assist the search.
Police are urging anyone who may have seen the bright yellow Holden Commodore, or anyone with dashcam footage, CCTV recordings, or other information from the Princes Highway and surrounding areas during the relevant timeframe, to come forward.
Investigators are continuing to follow available leads while asking the community to remain alert and report any information that may assist in locating Evan.
