According to an update from the Lufkin Police Department, Tiffany Rutland was pronounced deceased following the tragic one-vehicle accident that occurred on U.S. 59 just south of Lufkin. Authorities responded to the scene around 9 a.m. after reports of a serious crash along the northbound lanes of U.S. 59 near the Pentecostal campground.
