Authorities have arrested and charged Joshua Lehman, 27, in connection with the fatal shooting of Rylie-Shea Muhlbauer, 27, of Manning, Iowa.
According to officials, Lehman was taken into custody and charged with first-degree murder following the deadly shooting that occurred at a residence on East Shore Drive in Lake View.
Emergency responders were called to the location after reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, authorities discovered Muhlbauer suffering from injuries consistent with a gunshot wound. Despite emergency efforts, she was pronounced dead.
