According to authorities, the incident occurred at approximately 5:24 p.m. on August 15, 2026, near milepost 28 on U.S. 30, just outside Minerva. Reagan was driving a 2023 Jeep Wagoneer westbound when a tree suddenly fell from a wooded area north of the roadway and struck her vehicle.
Emergency responders were called to the scene following the devastating crash, but Bridget suffered fatal injuries.
