Adam, who attended Alma Center Lincoln High School, died on Saturday, August 22, 2026, after suffering a serious injury during a high school football game two days earlier.
According to the information provided, Adam was playing in the opening game of his senior season at Turtle Lake High School on Thursday, August 20, when he sustained the injury. First responders at the game reportedly provided immediate medical assistance before he was transported to a hospital for further treatment.
His death was subsequently confirmed by Alma Center-Humbird-Merrillan School District Superintendent Drew Semingson in a message to families, bringing heartbreaking news to a school community that had been hoping for his recovery.
Adam was remembered as more than a student-athlete. His involvement with Lincoln ACHM FFA connected him to the agricultural community and reflected another important part of his life and identity.
