Amanda Pickens Obituary – Motorcycle Accident: Amanda Pickens, 38, Killed in Tragic Motorcycle Crash in Morrow County
In loving memory of Amanda Pickens, 38, of Ashley, Ohio, whose life was tragically cut short following a devastating motorcycle crash in Westfield Township, Morrow County.
The heartbreaking collision occurred on September 4, 2026, along US Route 42 near the intersection of County Road 25, where Amanda was traveling as a passenger on a 2000 Harley-Davidson Electra Glide.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the motorcycle was struck by a 2009 Chevrolet Malibu driven by William Stover, 47, of Wheelersburg, after investigators determined the vehicle failed to yield at a stop sign.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene, but despite their efforts, Amanda was pronounced deceased by Morrow County EMS.
The motorcycle rider, Tyler Weaver, 30, of Cardington, was injured in the crash and transported to Morrow County Hospital for treatment. Stover was not reported to have suffered injuries.
