Shaunah’s passing at Ashgate Hospice has left her family, friends, and loved ones grieving the loss of a devoted mother, daughter, and much-loved member of the community.
Born in Chesterfield, Shaunah spent her early years growing up in Barrow Hill before later making her home in Middlecroft, where she had lived for the past 16 years. Throughout her life, family remained at the heart of everything she did, and she was remembered by those close to her for the importance she placed on spending time with the people she loved.
Before ill health prevented her from continuing to work, Shaunah was employed as a school cleaner at Springwell College. She took pride in her work and was known for her caring nature and quiet dedication.
While her career was an important part of her life, Shaunah’s greatest joy came from being surrounded by her children and family. Her role as a mother was central to her life, and the love she shared with those closest to her will remain among the memories cherished by her family.
