At approximately 1:59 a.m. on September 13, 2026, Midland Police officers responded to Club Remy, located at 200 N. Lee St., after receiving reports of gunshots.
Davis had sustained gunshot wounds and was transported to Midland Memorial Hospital by private vehicle for medical treatment. He was later pronounced deceased at the hospital.
