According to the Department of Fire and Emergency Services, crews from Kojonup attended the scene and worked to free a person trapped inside a dual-cab ute following the crash.
The RAC Rescue helicopter was dispatched to assist, while paramedics provided medical care at the scene.
A man involved in the collision was later airlifted to Royal Perth Hospital for further treatment.
