According to the Iowa State Patrol, the fatal collision occurred shortly after noon Friday at the intersection of 130th Street and Justice Road, south of Bayard.
Authorities said Bork was traveling westbound on 130th Street in a Jeep when he failed to yield at a stop sign. A northbound semi-truck then entered the intersection and struck the Jeep broadside.
Bork suffered fatal injuries in the collision and was pronounced dead at the scene.
