Dennis was born on April 21, 1958, in Manchester, New Hampshire, to Fernand and Rachel Bourque. He attended Bishop Guertin High School in Nashua before graduating from the University of New Hampshire in Durham with a bachelor’s degree in business.
He dedicated 45 years of his professional life to finance at BAE Systems, formerly known as Sanders, before retiring in 2024.
Family traditions were an important part of Dennis’s life. He spent summers growing up at a family camp in Saunders Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee. The lake remained a special place for him throughout his life, and it was also where he became engaged to his future wife, Cheryl.
