According to the Corpus Christi Police Department, officers were dispatched at approximately 10:41 p.m. on September 15 to the 3500 block of Tiger Lane after receiving a report of a shooting.
When officers arrived at the location, they found Stewart deceased at the scene. Authorities began an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident as they worked to determine what led to the shooting.
