Faun Reese Obituary, BATON ROUGE, La. — Faun Reese, 54, has died after she was found deceased inside a residence on Cypress Road following a reported possible stabbing Tuesday afternoon, according to the Baton Rouge Police Department.
BRPD said officers were dispatched to the residence at approximately 2:50 p.m. Tuesday after receiving a report involving a possible stabbing. When officers arrived, they found Reese deceased inside the home.
Investigators said Reese appeared to have suffered possible stab wounds. Authorities have not released additional information about the circumstances surrounding her death, and the investigation remains active as detectives work to determine what occurred inside the residence.
A second individual was also found inside the home and was transported to a local hospital in serious condition. Police have not publicly identified that person or released information about their relationship to Reese.
