Sabrina Prim Obituary-Car Accident: Sabrina Prim, 32, Dies After Devastating Crash on US Route 7 in New Haven
A family and community are mourning the tragic loss of Sabrina Prim, 32, of Vergennes, who died following a devastating vehicle crash Monday evening in New Haven, Vermont.
The fatal crash occurred shortly before 7 p.m. Monday on US Route 7 near Lime Kiln Road, according to Vermont State Police.
Authorities said Prim was driving a Nissan Altima when the vehicle left the roadway, struck a telephone pole, and overturned. When troopers arrived at the scene, they found the vehicle severely damaged, and Prim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Two passengers who were traveling with Prim, ages 40 and 42, suffered serious injuries in the crash. Both were taken to the University of Vermont Medical Center for further medical treatment.
Investigators reported that weather conditions were clear at the time of the collision. Vermont State Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash.
