Euclid, Ohio, is mourning the tragic loss of 17-year-old Juelyon Bennett, whose life was cut short following a shooting Saturday night. His death has left family, friends and loved ones grieving a loss that came far too soon.
According to Euclid police, officers are investigating after two teenagers were shot while inside a vehicle near Shirley Avenue.
Bennett suffered a gunshot wound to the chest during the incident. Although he received medical treatment after the shooting, he later died from his injuries.
A second teenager was also struck by gunfire. Police have not released the location of that victim’s injuries, and the teenager’s current condition has not been made public.
