The Melbourne community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of 65-year-old Patricia A. Baker, who died following a tragic pedestrian crash at the intersection of N. Harbor City Boulevard (US-1) and Parkway Drive.
According to Melbourne Police, the crash occurred around 11:40 a.m. when Patricia was struck by a vehicle while in the intersection. Emergency responders arrived quickly and rushed her to Holmes Regional Medical Center, where she later passed away from her injuries despite extensive lifesaving efforts by medical staff.
