Victor Andrews is described as approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall, with a balding head, a grey beard, and glasses. He was last seen wearing a beige jacket and blue jeans. Investigators also note that Andrews walks with an uneven gait, a characteristic that may help members of the public identify him.
