Collin Fout Obituary-Car Accident: Collin Fout, 24, of Frankfort Dies After Early Morning Crash in Ross County
The Frankfort community is mourning the heartbreaking loss of Collin Fout, 24, who died following a tragic vehicle crash in Ross County early Tuesday morning.
According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, the crash happened at approximately 3:47 a.m. Tuesday, September 15, 2026, on County Road 550 near Heather Drive in Concord Township.
Authorities said Fout was driving a 2023 Jeep Wrangler southeast on County Road 550 when the vehicle failed to negotiate a curve. The Jeep traveled off the right side of the roadway, overturned, and struck a utility pole.
During the crash, Fout was ejected from the Jeep. Emergency crews from Concord Township EMS responded and transported him to Adena Regional Medical Center for treatment.
Despite medical efforts, Fout later succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
News of Fout’s passing has brought deep sorrow to his family, friends, and the Frankfort community. Loved ones are remembering him as a life taken far too soon and are offering support to those grieving his loss.
