Leneth Fisher Obituary-Car Accident: Cranston Community Mourns 30-Year-Old Killed in I-95 Rollover Crash
CRANSTON, RHODE ISLAND — With heavy hearts, the Cranston community is mourning the tragic loss of Leneth Fisher, 30, who died following a single-vehicle rollover crash on Interstate 95 North in Providence.
According to the Rhode Island State Police, Fisher was identified as the passenger in a vehicle involved in the crash, which occurred shortly before the Branch Avenue overpass on Saturday night, September 12, 2026.
Authorities said Fisher and the unidentified driver were both ejected from the vehicle during the rollover. Emergency crews transported both individuals to Rhode Island Hospital for treatment. Despite medical efforts, Fisher later succumbed to injuries sustained in the crash.
The driver remained in critical condition following the collision.
